Here it is, the pride of the Stoneology fleet. The Stone Extreme is far and above the grinding capacity of all other machines.

 

It's what the completion would like to be when they grow up. Pound for pound of grinding force leaving the competition standing ankle deep in powder. The head is over 2,800 lbs with 3-30" grinding heads, each with 3-13" drive plates holding 4-3" diamonds. Thats 36 diamonds total, spinning at over 1900 RPM.



The Stone Extreme offers the ultimate in fast setup, ease of operation and high production capabilities for grinding or polishing stone, terrazzo, and concrete - wet or dry.

The Stone Extreme utilizes the diesel powered T-300 BobCatTM and includes 3 - 30” grinding heads. Each head contains three counter rotating plates holding four diamonds. Four diamonds per plate mean increased productivity, flatter and consistent cuts and a polishing gloss increased by 25%. Many though, will say the best part of the SD77 is the air conditioned cab!
