The Advance Captor™ is without rival in value and productivity for sweeper scrubbers in its size class. The modular Captor™ platform consists of a high performance sweeping system with dust control and high dump hopper, and a scrub deck that can be sized to match the customer’s facility. The Captor™ is effective as a standalone sweeper, scrubber or as a highly productive combination sweeper–scrubber.
- Productivity: The Advance Captor™ sweeps a 62 inch path and can sweep up to 163,600 square feet per hour. Its 9.2 cubic foot hopper means more time sweeping with less time dumping! The Captor™ has great maneuverability and tight turning in both directions for getting in and around congested areas. The modular Captor™ design accommodates scrub deck sizes from 43 inches to 54 inches. Maximum scrubbing, at 4 miles per hour cleans over 95,000 square feet per hour. With its 80 gallon solution and recovery tanks, the largest available for this class of machine, the Captor™ maximizes the ratio of time spent scrubbing to the time spent dumping and refilling.
- Performance: The Advance Captor™ is unsurpassed in cleaning results! The sweep system provides the largest available vacuumized main broom, for its size, for better sweeping and dust control. The dust control system stays active even while the hopper is raised for dumping! The variable scrubbing down pressure of up to 400 pounds allows the Captor™ to remove heavy build up. The vacuum recovery system leaves floors clean, dry and ready for immediate use. With the Captor’s side squeegees, the floor is left dry even on sharp turns. The squeegee width is fully swept to prevent squeegee streaking.
- Maintenance: The Advance Captor™ design provides excellent maintenance access. Common maintenance operations like scrub brush and broom inspection and removal of dust filter, can all be done without tools. Clear access is provided to all major systems in the Captor™ reducing service time. The tip out recovery tank aids in clean-up to help keep tanks fresh. Each squeegee blade can be used with each of its four edges and can be maintained without tools. In addition, the Captor™ is BUILT TOUGH with rugged components to minimize down-time.
- Safe and Easy to Use: The Advance Captor™ comes with an operator “Comfort Zone” which takes ease of use and comfort to a whole new level. Operator interface is simple and logical with all operations within easy arms reach. Cleaning systems activation is through the One-Touch™ keypad. Additionally the offset hopper on the right side of the machine provides the operator with a Clear-View™ of the critical sweeping area and dumping without straining their back and neck. This allows the operator’s head to remain safely inside the machine and out of danger.
